Jet Convection Bi-directional Glass Tempering Furnace

Description
Jet Convection bi-directional Glass Tempering Furnace adopts Jet convection heating technology and they both have a flat quenching section and a bending quenching section that lie on both sides of the heating furnace. By loading the glass in different direction, the Glass Tempering Furnace can temper both flat and bent glass.


Technical Features of the Glass Tempering Furnace
1. There is flat tempering section and C bending tempering section on both sides of the heating section. By loading the glass in different direction, the furnace can temper flat and bent glass.
2. It adopts Jet Convection heating technology; it can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
3. The Glass Tempering Furnace can temper the best quality flat and bent glass for architectures.
4. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

Productivity of bent glass is calculated on 5mm clear glass and 5 mm Low-E glass (E=0.08) with 65% loadage. Actual productivity is subject to glass types, sizes and loadage. Not all types are listed here due to limited space.
