Technical Features of the Air Stream Continuous Flat Tempering Furnace
1. Much longer heating section and tempering section ensure that the glass sheets can be heated in heating section to right temperature and then tempered, cooled quickly without oscillation.
2. Flexible driving speed control for different glass heating stage, logic servo controlled continuous mode and complete continuous mode can be switched between for large or small size glass sheets.
3. Continuous running blowers ensure energy saving.
4. Glass needn't oscillate inside heating section, which reduces quality defects such as: white haze, scratches, waviness, etc.
5. Equipped with Jet Heating convection system, it can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, etc.
6. LD-AL Air Stream continuous tempering furnace adopts Air Stream heating technology, and it can temper glass sheets with good quality.
